About PAMA International

PAMA International is an overseas recruitment agency and HR consultancy based in Thane, Mumbai. Established in 1989, we have spent nearly three decades helping skilled and professional candidates from across India find placements overseas, and helping employers find the people they need.

We are a licensed recruitment consultant in India. Every month we offer personal one-to-one counselling to candidates enquiring about placements, and manage visa documentation and travel logistics for our placements.

Over the years our footprint in the Middle East has grown step by step. We work with a select group of established clients and we are careful to promise only what we can deliver. Today we have almost 400,000 man-hours of experience in recruiting and placement across varied industries, with particular depth in Oil & Gas, Energy and Construction.

We have also moved from standardised services to tailor-made recruitment solutions, with specialist recruiters covering different domains, from electrical and instrumentation to civil, QA/QC, MEP, EPC, project and procurement.
